Returns Policy
Damaged in transit
In the unlikely event that the package is damaged please either sign for the goods as 'Damaged' and contact us straight away or preferably refuse to accept delivery and contact us as soon as possible. If you have accepted the delivery, it would help us if you are able to take a photograph of the damaged packaging and damaged plants inside. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the damaged package informing us of the problem and return it within 7 days to get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your reference number and if possible return the plants in its original packaging. We do not pay for returned plants.
Plant condition
If you are not happy with the conditions of the plants that have arrived when you take them out of the box, please contact us straight away.Please note that plants maybe dormant, or may not even show any signs of top growth, depending on the time of year. When we send out dormant plants we check to make sure they are alive. Should you wish to return for any other reason provided that you return the plants to us within 10 days of receiving for analysis so we can determine the cause of the problem we will arrange a refund or replacement plants if we have in stock. We are not liable to pay for returned plants, we only send out our best quality plants that we would be happy to receive and we thrive on return business.
Guarantee on plants
Once the plants have left the nursery they are no longer under our control. The conditions you provide and care you give to the plant normally depends on its survival. However if the plant fails with the first 90 days after arrival please contact us by email with your order number and a photograph so we can determine why the plant has failed. We cannot offer a refund if the failure is due to lack of watering, due care, pests, animal damage, weed killer or environmental aspects.
Cancellation
To cancel an order, please email us at Withleigh@aol.com before we despatch your order.
Substitutes
If you order a plant and it is not available we will not substitute with any other varieties. We will only despatch what you have ordered and charge your card for the plants we have sent.
Availability
We grow all of our own plants on site and have between 15000 to 20000 plants available for sale online, at the start of the spring. If we sell out of a certain variety, it will not become available again until the following spring when we have grown another batch.
Different plants are added to the website continuously as they are ready for sale.
Unfortunately we cannot take reservations or pre orders.
